REFUNDS
We value and appreciate Our Customers’ loyalty. This Refund Policy was developed to ensure You get high-quality services and Products You are 100% satisfied with.
The complete list of circumstances in which You might be qualified for a refund is provided below.
01. You cancelled the Order.
If You contact the support team using the available communication channels and let them know You want to cancel the Order before the specialist starts processing it, You will receive a full refund.
Please be aware that once a specialist begins working on Your Order, there is no way to get a full refund. But You might be qualified for a partial refund. The amount of the return is heavily influenced by the quantity of work completed when the refund is requested. Please be aware that Your Order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed.
02. No specialist was found.
Even though We have a vast team of professionals, We might be unable to assign one to handle Your Order. This occasionally occurs when there is a pressing deadline for a huge assignment or a technical report. Please be aware that We prioritise such requests and usually try Our best to find a competent specialist to handle them. However, if We cannot locate an expert, You will receive a complete refund.
03. There was a double payment.
You can ask for a complete refund of the second payment if You mistakenly make two identical payments for the same item. Upon Your request, We can credit this sum to Your bonus balance for future use.
We strongly advise You to check each PayPal transaction to ensure everything went as planned and report any issues immediately to Our support team.
04. Late delivery of the revised paper.
We try to complete all requests as quickly as We can. However, You are highly advised to check Your email notifications as soon as the completed document becomes available and review it at the earliest to have enough time to activate free revisions.
You are eligible for a refund if You requested revisions in advance and the updated paper is not submitted by the due date. Please be aware that the refund amount will be determined after carefully considering Your specific case.
05. You placed two analogous Orders.
Contact the support team when You discover You unintentionally placed and paid for two similar orders.
Please be aware that You cannot cancel an Order after being paid for. If You don’t quickly contact the support team, We’ll assume You need two analogous assignments done by different specialists, and We’ll treat each Order individually.
06. You find the paper to be of poor quality.
If the Product does not adhere to Your specifications, You can request a free modification or have another specialist handle the job. If you don’t have time for revision, you can request a full refund.
You must be very specific in Your comments on why You disapprove of the Product because this issue will be examined further with the expert. You do not need to take any more action; Your refund will still be handled regardless of what occurs next.
07. The Order was delivered later than requested.
Our team uses an efficient in-house time management system to complete orders on schedule. However, You are entitled to a full refund if, for any reason, Your Order is made available to You after the due date and You decide You no longer need that paper.
This Refund Policy does not apply to orders for which We are awaiting Your instructions, responses, or payment in full. Therefore, it is crucial that You provide us with Your contact details so that We can contact You immediately in case of an emergency.
Please be aware that We can extend the deadline, recalculate the price based on the extended deadline, and return the difference if there is a delay in paper delivery, but You want to utilise it. Additionally, if the Firm reimburses the sum paid on Your behalf, You won’t be allowed to use the Product in any way.
Please note that if You receive full reimbursement for any Order, the Product will no longer be deemed Your property, and the Website will have the right to utilise the Product’s content as it sees fit, including posting it online for promotional purposes.
Requests for refunds for any other argumentation other than those mentioned above will be declined.
Timeline for Refunds
The Firm provides a 14-day refund period for Products containing up to 20 pages (slides) and a 30-day period for Products exceeding 20 pages (“Refund Period”). The Refund Period begins when the Client downloads the completed Product from the Customer Area and expires within the timeframe above, depending on the project size. In exceptional cases of plagiarism, this period can be extended to 180 days.
Please note that We assess all refund requests on an individual basis and may require proof, such as a plagiarism report or instructor’s feedback. Once submitted, this proof is forwarded to the QA Department for further investigation. The QA Department evaluates the Product’s quality and, at its sole discretion, determines a refund amount based on the percentage of low-quality or plagiarized content. In cases where the Order’s delivery is delayed due to our fault, the Firm may provide compensation in the form of a credit to be used for future Orders.
Funds are refunded to the Customer’s bonus balance or the original payment method during the Refund Period.
FREE OF CHARGE REVISIONS
The Firm provides free, unlimited revisions to guarantee that the delivered Product is of the highest quality and conforms to all standards. The below Revision Policy applies to any modifications covered by writemates.co.uk.
General Provisions
Your free revision request will only be accepted if Your revision instructions align with the initial directions. If Your request is turned down for any reason, You will be offered to use a paid revisions option.
Please ensure Your revision instructions are detailed and understandable for the expert to accommodate Your request. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] with a mention of Your order number or by getting in touch with Our support team using the message board in Your customer area.
Timelines for Revisions
After the completed Order is uploaded to Your customer area, You have 14 days to request free revisions if your Order is up to 20 pages. Please review Your Order as soon as it is delivered and establish an adequate revision timeline so Your expert has sufficient time to revise it.
The revisions timeline is subject to change and may be extended by up to 30 days under certain conditions. For instance, if you require a revision for a time-consuming project such as a dissertation or thesis that exceeds 20 pages. However, the minimum timeframe should not be less than one hour per page.
If, for any reason, You are unable to obtain or access the finished Order, kindly let us know right away. We’ll look for a different way to deliver the work to You.
If there are any doubts about whether the copy meets the initial requirements, our Quality Assurance Department will quickly resolve the issue while considering all the information at hand.
